Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

At Lilli N Rose, we strive to provide exceptional services and products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services and products purchased through www.lillinrose.co.uk.

1. Services

1.1 Cancellations:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any charges.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, Your Booking fee is non refundable

  • For no-shows, the full price of the booked service may be charged.

1.2 Refunds for Services:

  • Refunds will only be provided for services if:

    • You have cancelled the appointment in line with our cancellation policy.

    • The service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness of staff, unavailability of the salon).

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer to rectify the issue or provide a partial or full refund.

2. Products

2.1 Refunds for Products:

  • Products purchased in-store or online at www.lillinrose.co.uk are eligible for a refund if:

    • The product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging for a refund to be processed.

2.2 Non-Refundable Products:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 For Services:

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.

  • If you have any concerns regarding a service you received, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.

3.2 For Products:

  • To initiate a return or refund request for products, contact us at [Insert Email] with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • If returning an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Approval:

  • Once your request is received, we will inspect the product or review your case. We will notify you within 7 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
